Q. How do I open an account?
A. Download our credit application under the Resource category on this site and contact our office at (904) 768.6888. Customer service will give you the name and phone number of your local sales representative who’d be happy to discuss opening an account.

Q. What are your business hours?
A. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6:00am–5:00pm and 6:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays. You can speak with a customer service representative at any time during these hours, and are welcome to leave a voicemail during off hours.

Q. What are your delivery days?
A. We deliver Monday-Saturday.

Q. Do I need an account to order?
A. To obtain credit and/or accept deliveries, you do need an account with The Garden. If you don’t have an account set up with us, you’re welcome to come pickup wholesale orders from 6:00am-2:00pm daily. Walk-in transactions are CASH or CHECK ONLY.

Q. What are the business hours for wholesale or walk-in customers? A. Our wholesale hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am–2:00pm and 6:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver from Daytona Beach Florida to Beaufort South Carolina and west to Tallahassee Florida. Check out the territories on our Logistics page.

Q. Is there a minimum dollar requirement for delivery?
A. Yes, the delivery minimum is $100.00.

Q. Can you special order products?
A. Yes. Depending on availability, special order items can take anywhere from 3-7 days to arrive.
